CONCEPT
After several sold-out editions, we are proud to announce that this year’s Gala will take place on Friday 17 October, in the Skyhall at Brussels Airport, Zaventem—a breathtaking venue chosen to accommodate more guests in a refined and easily accessible setting.
This edition is particularly meaningful, as we mark two major milestones: the scheduled arrival of Belgium’s first MQ-9B remotely piloted aircraft, and the historic touchdown of the very first F-35 fighter jets on Belgian soil—just days before the Gala.
Guests will enjoy top-notch live entertainment and a three-course gourmet dinner, paired with carefully selected wines and followed by an open bar throughout the night.

Tickets for the Air Force Gala Ball can exlusively be purchased through our website. Simply visit our ticketing page and click on a button to direct you to the webshop, then select the type and number of tickets you desire, and proceed to checkout. Payment options include debit & credit cards.
We recommend bookings to be made in group, so that all members of your party have a guaranteed ticket. Maximum 10 dinner guests per table.

Hoe check ik in op het evenement?
ALL guests are required to present their UNIQUE ticket with individual QR-code at the check-in desk upon arrival.
In order to avoid long queues, please prepare to present your ticket (printed or displayed on your smart device) to our check-in stewards.

The maximum amount of tickets one person is allowed to book per transaction is 10 (the maximum number of seated dining guests per table).

Alle tickets vereisen personalisatie , wat betekent dat elk ticket moet worden geregistreerd op naam van een fysiek persoon, door zijn of haar volledige naam op te geven.

Alle tickets moeten worden geregistreerd op naam van de persoon die het evenement zal bijwonen. Dit is vanwege praktische en veiligheidsredenen.

Kan ik een groepsboeking maken?
- Any booking for more than 1 guest is considered a group booking.
- Tickets will only be issued once ALL guests' names have been registered, for security purposes. See 'booking changes' for more info.
- The person carrying out a group booking remains responsible for their party, its composition and overall adherence to general rules and practicalities, such as dress code, timing, ticket distribution, etc.
- For maximum amount of tickets per booking, refer to F.A.Q. under "BOOKING"

- Any person making a booking may express their seating preferences during the booking process, simply by stating the name of another person having made/making a ticket booking (e.g. "John Doe"), OR a clear and unambiguous reference to a group (e.g. "5Sqn", "COA A3", "MMU").
- IMPORTANT: only the name of the main booker (person carrying out a ticket booking) is known.
- Guests belonging to a known group desiring to be seated together are strongly encouraged to coordinate a unique reference to their group (see above) before carrying out their booking.
- Our team will pair up seating preference requests as good as they can - however - requests can not be guaranteed for all, taking into account limited seating space or cominations thereof at neighboring tables.
