BOOKING PROCESS VIA INDICO - HOW TO:
Tickets for the Air Force Gala Ball can exlusively be purchased via the link provided on this website. Simply visit our ticketing page and click on a button to direct you to the reservation page (INDICO), then select the number of tickets you desire, and confirm.

IMPORTANT
  1. Payment via BANK TRANSFER (Overschrijving - Virement). Bookings are confirmed and tickets will be sent to the main booker ONLY when:
    1. Payment of the full amount due has been confirmed
    2. ALL tickets have been personnalized
  2. We recommend bookings to be made in group, so that all members of your party have a guaranteed ticket. Maximum 10 dinner guests per table.
  3. There will be no tickets available at the door - ALL tickets are sold through pre-sale exclusively.

Tickets
  1. Each ticket is personal and must be presented at the entrance. Identity may be verified by staff.
  2. Tickets may not be resold nor reproduced.
Cancellation and Refunds
  1. Tickets are refundable until October 5th, 2025 (end of Business hours).
  2.  After this date, no refunds will be possible, except in exceptional cases. In such cases, please contact bafs-afgb-org@mil.be.
Access and Security
  1. Security checks may be carried out at the venue entrance.
  2. Anyone not complying with the dress code will be denied entry.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to any person whose behavior may compromise the safety or orderly execution of the evening.
Image Rights
  1. Photos and videos may be taken during the event. By participating, you agree that they may be used for the Gala’s communication purposes.
The MANDATORY dress code for the entire event is
FORMAL / BLACK TIE
The organization requests ALL guests to strictly adhere to this dress code to ensure the decorum, etiquette and envisioned atmosphere of the Gala.

Gentlemen:
  • Smoking / Tuxedo or Spencer / ceremonial dress (2B)
Ladies:
  • Ball gown (or evening gown); NO cocktail dress
  • Mil: gala / spencer or ceremonial dress

Ticket sales start on 2nd of September 2025, at 19h00 CET.

Keep in mind that previous editions of the AFGB were all sold out in very little time!

! To ensure the exclusivity of this event, ALL guests are required to wear black-tie, gala attire (men: spencer, dress 1C or smart attire (2A), a full length ball gown for women !

We highly recommend that you organise your party with friends and coworkers to make a group booking (max. 10 guests per table).

Further details will be communicated no later than 1 week pior to the Gala Ball. 

Guest choosing to stay overnight at the Sheraton may choose to park their car at Interparking at the airport (or Sheraton) Charges apply.
VIP guests will receive a personal invitation to attend the event including the VIP reception.
  • Invitations will be sent out prior to the ticket sales on September 2nd.
  • Guests should keep in mind limited capacity.

Guests having already made a standard ticket booking and wishing to upgrade to a VIP ticket upon invitation, may contact BAFS-AFGB-Org@mil.be.
  • Any change or upgrade beyond 19Sep25 can not be guaranteed;
  • Upgrades pending VIP ticket availability.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
AFGB Guests are free to choose any hotel or lodging arrangement. However, the complimentary shuttle service is exclusively offered to guests staying at either of these hotels (sharing a single parking lot).

The Air Force Gala Ball target audience is all active & retired members of the Belgian Air Force (civil and military) and their partner as well as the strategic partners of the Belgian Air Force.

The ticket shop will remain open as long as tickets last, and we aim to finalize ticket sales by September 19th. 
The maximum amount of tickets one person is allowed to book per transaction is 10 (also the absolute maximum number of seated dining guests per table).

MAXIMUM ONE BOOKING PER E-MAIL ADDRESS !

In order to allow as many members of the Air Force and their friends & family as possible to get a coveted spot at the event, we do NOT encourage multiple large bookings to be made by a single person. 

This year, we have chosen to offer all of our Guest a seated 3-course dinner experience, preceded by a splendid cocktail reception
As usual, the dance evening will have an open bar, and this year Cocktails are included too. 
For your entertainment, different live performances will eliven the entire evening.

- DINNER & DANCE - 
125 € per person, ALL included (no additional fees)

- VIP - 
180 € per person (upon personal invitation only; no additional fees)

This year, payment of the ticket order is to be made via Wire Transfer (overschrijving - virement). 

All tickets require personalisation, meaning that every single ticket must be registered to a physical person, by providing their full name.

Once ALL tickets of a booking have been personalised AND the payment has been confirmed, the tickets will be issued to the main booker.
All tickets need to be registered to the person who will be attending the event. This is due to practical and security reasons.

As long as all tickets of your booking have not been personalised, your tickets will not be issued.

  • Any booking for more than 1 guest is considered a group booking.
  • One booking maximum per e-mail address
  • Tickets will only be issued once ALL guests' names have been registered, for security purposes. See 'booking changes' for more info.
  • The person carrying out a group booking remains responsible for their party, its composition and overall adherence to general rules and practicalities, such as dress code, timing, ticket distribution, etc.
  • For maximum amount of tickets per booking, refer to F.A.Q. under "BOOKING"
  • Any person making a booking may express their seating preferences during the booking process, simply by stating the name of another person having made/making a ticket booking (e.g. "John Doe"), OR (preferred) a clear and unambiguous reference to a group (e.g. "5Sqn", "COA A3", "MMU").
  • IMPORTANT: only the name of the main booker (person carrying out a ticket booking) is initially known. 
    • Guests belonging to a known group desiring to be seated together are strongly encouraged to coordinate a unique reference to their group (see above) before carrying out their booking.
  • Our team will pair up seating preference requests as good as they can - however - requests can not be guaranteed for all, taking into account limited seating space or combinations thereof at neighboring tables.

This year, we will have a significantly higher seating capacity. 

We do not expect a shortage in ticket availability.
