SHUTTLE SERVICE

If you choose to stay at one of our partner hotels, you are one step away from experiencing the Air Force Gala Ball in the best possible conditions.

Hotel guests staying at these two hotels exclusively qualify for a complimentary shuttle service to and from the event venue. 

IMPORTANT

This service is automatic and  exclusive for all AFGB guests having booked an overnight stay at one of our two partner hotels.

No separate registration is required. 

SCHEDULE

Our shuttle bus will bring you from the hotel to the venue:

• From 18:00 till 20:30 (every 20-30' min)

• From 21:30 till 23:00

and from the venue to the hotel

• From 00:00 till 04:00 (last ride!) 

• Every 30 min

Pick-up & drop-off at hotels on parking in between Pentahotel & Holiday Inn.
