Tickets for the Air Force Gala Ball can exlusively be purchased through our website. Simply visit our ticketing page and click on a button to direct you to the webshop, then select the type and number of tickets you desire, and proceed to checkout. Payment options include debit & credit cards.

We recommend bookings to be made in group, so that all members of your party have a guaranteed ticket. Maximum 10 dinner guests per table.

There will be no tickets available at the door - ALL tickets are sold through pre-sale exclusively.

During the Gala dinner, our teams of Royal Belgian Air Cadets will come to your table, offering our famous raffle tickets as well as cocktail vouchers for sale.
Tickets can be purchased using cash and debit/credit cards as well as contactless payment options.

By buying raffle tickets, you not only support the charitable organisations which we support (Fonavibel and the National League for mutliple sclerosis), but you'll have the best chance to take home or experience one of our exclusive prices!

Vouchers for a delicious Gin & Tonic or another exquisite Cocktail, carefully prepared by the team of C&K Serve, will be available for purchase during dinner and throughout the rest of the evening.
The Cocktail bar will open as from 22h30.
Er wordt gratis parkeergelegenheid op de locatie van het evenement voorzien.
Volg steeds de instructies van onze parkeerstewards op.
Er zullen shuttles worden geregeld om de loopafstand en blootstelling aan ongunstige weersomstandigheden te beperken.

VIP-parkeren is beschikbaar op vertoon van een VIP-parkeerkaart.
VIP guests will receive a personal invitation to attend the event including the VIP reception.
  • Invitations will be sent out NLT by the end of August.
  • Guests should keep in mind limited capacity.
Guests having already made a standard ticket booking and wishing to upgrade to a VIP ticket upon invitation, may contact ticketing@afgb.be.
  • Any change or upgrade beyond 04Oct24 can not be guaranteed;
  • Upgrades pending VIP ticket availability.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
AFGB Guests are free to choose any hotel or lodging arrangement. However, the complimentary shuttle service is exclusively offered to guests staying at either of these hotels (sharing a single parking lot).
Een gratis pendeldienst wordt exclusief aangeboden aan gasten die verblijven in een van onze twee partnerhotels (die een parking delen), met tarieven die lager zijn dan die voor het grote publiek.

ALLE gasten dienen bij aankomst hun UNIEK ticket met individuele QR-code te tonen bij de incheckbalie.
Om lange wachtrijen te voorkomen, dient u zich voor te bereiden om uw ticket (geprint of weergegeven op uw smart device) aan onze check-in stewards te presenteren.
Voor het oplossen van problemen zijn boekingsreferentie en naam van de hoofdboeker van uw groep vereist.
Het Air Force Gala Ball is een jaarlijks terugkerend evenement georganiseerd door de vzw AIRFORCE vzw. Het is een grootse gala-avond en fondsenwerving voor een goed doel, waarbij de Belgische luchtmacht en haar prestaties in de kijker worden gezet.
Yes, the Air Force Gala Ball is open to the general public, even though active & retired mebers of the Belgian Air Force as well as their friends & family ARE the tareget audience of the annual Gala. 
It is a highly-anticipated annual event that welcomes attendees from the public, including civilians and military personnel alike.

The maximum amount of tickets one person is allowed to book per transaction is 10 (the maximum number of seated dining guests per table).
In order to allow as many members of the Air Force and their friends & family as possible to get a coveted spot at the event, we do NOT encourage multiple large bookings to be made by a single person.
Alle tickets vereisen personalisatie , wat betekent dat elk ticket moet worden geregistreerd op naam van een fysiek persoon, door zijn of haar volledige naam op te geven.

Zodra ALLE tickets van een boeking gepersonaliseerd zijn, worden de tickets uitgegeven aan de hoofdboeker.
Alle tickets moeten worden geregistreerd op naam van de persoon die het evenement zal bijwonen. Dit is vanwege praktische en veiligheidsredenen.

Zolang niet alle tickets van uw boeking gepersonaliseerd zijn, worden uw tickets niet uitgegeven.

We recommend to organise yourself in groups and make a single grouped booking. The maximum number of guests at one table ("dinner & dance" tickets) is limited to 10.

  • Elke boeking voor meer dan 1 gast wordt beschouwd als een groepsreservering.
  • Om veiligheidsredenen worden de tickets pas uitgegeven als de namen van ALLE gasten zijn geregistreerd . Zie 'boekingswijzigingen' voor meer info.
  • De persoon die een groepsboeking uitvoert, blijft verantwoordelijk voor zijn gezelschap , de samenstelling ervan en de algehele naleving van algemene regels en praktische zaken, zoals kledingvoorschriften, timing, kaartverdeling, enz.
  • Raadpleeg de veelgestelde vragen onder "BOEKING" voor het maximale aantal tickets per boeking
  • Any person making a booking may express their seating preferences during the booking process, simply by stating the name of another person having made/making a ticket booking (e.g. "John Doe"), OR a clear and unambiguous reference to a group (e.g. "5Sqn", "COA A3", "MMU").
  • IMPORTANT: only the name of the main booker (person carrying out a ticket booking) is known. 
    • Guests belonging to a known group desiring to be seated together are strongly encouraged to coordinate a unique reference to their group (see above) before carrying out their booking.
  • Our team will pair up seating preference requests as good as they can - however - requests can not be guaranteed for all, taking into account limited seating space or cominations thereof at neighboring tables.
  • Elke boeking moet als definitief worden beschouwd vanaf de uitgifte van het ticket (dwz wanneer de betaling van het verschuldigde bedrag is bevestigd EN de namen van alle gasten zijn geregistreerd).
  • Elke wijziging van uw boeking is onderhevig aan het beleid en de voorwaarden van TICKETMONSTER, onze ticketaanbieder.
  • Elke wijzigings- of annuleringsaanvraag moet worden ingevuld via uw persoonlijke account bij TICKETMONSTER.
  • De organisatie van AFGB kan geen enkele boeking terugbetalen of annuleren - u moet hiervoor contact opnemen met TICKETMONSTER.


VIP-gasten ontvangen een persoonlijke uitnodiging voor het evenement en de VIP-receptie.
  • Uitnodigingen zullen uiterlijk eind augustus worden verzonden.
  • Gasten dienen er rekening mee te houden dat er een beperkte capaciteit is.
Gasten die al een standaard ticket hebben geboekt en op uitnodiging willen upgraden naar een VIP-ticket, kunnen hiervoor contact opnemen met ticketing@afgb.be .
  • Elke wijziging of upgrade na 07Oct22 kan niet worden gegarandeerd;
  • Upgrades in afwachting van beschikbaarheid van VIP-tickets.

Helaas hebben we een beperkte zit- en cateringcapaciteit en kunnen we simpelweg niet alle extra ticketaanvragen verwerken zodra uw tickettype is uitverkocht.


Onze ticketingpartner TICKETMONSTER biedt de meest gebruikelijke betalingsmogelijkheden, waaronder via creditcard
  • Elke boeking moet als definitief worden beschouwd vanaf de uitgifte van het ticket (dwz wanneer de betaling van het verschuldigde bedrag is bevestigd EN de namen van alle gasten zijn geregistreerd).
  • Elke wijziging van uw boeking is onderhevig aan het beleid en de voorwaarden van TICKETMONSTER , onze ticketaanbieder.
  • Elke wijzigings- of annuleringsaanvraag moet worden ingevuld via uw persoonlijke account bij TICKETMONSTER.
  • De organisatie van AFGB kan geen enkele boeking terugbetalen of annuleren - u moet hiervoor contact opnemen met TICKETMONSTER.
