The Belgian Air Force Gala Ball has grown into a much-anticipated annual event, uniting active and retired members of the Belgian Air Force with allies and industry partners. This elegant evening is both a celebration of our Air Force and a rare opportunity to come together in camaraderie and style.

After several sold-out editions, we are proud to announce that this year’s Gala will take place on Friday 17 October, in the Skyhall at Brussels Airport, Zaventem—a breathtaking venue chosen to accommodate more guests in a refined and easily accessible setting.

This edition is particularly meaningful, as we mark two major milestones: the scheduled arrival of Belgium’s first MQ-9B remotely piloted aircraft, and the historic touchdown of the very first F-35 fighter jets on Belgian soil—just days before the Gala.

Guests will enjoy top-notch live entertainment and a three-course gourmet dinner, paired with carefully selected wines and followed by an open bar throughout the night.

Tickets for the Air Force Gala Ball can exlusively be purchased via the link provided on this website. Simply visit our ticketing page and click on a button to direct you to the reservation page (INDICO), then select the number of tickets you desire, and confirm.

IMPORTANT
  1. Payment via WIRE TRANSFER (Overschrijving - Virement). Bookings are confirmed and tickets will be sent to the main booker ONLY when:
    1. Payment of the full amount due has been confirmed
    2. ALL tickets have been personnalized
  2. We recommend bookings to be made in group, so that all members of your party have a guaranteed ticket. Maximum 10 dinner guests per table.
  3. There will be no tickets available at the door - ALL tickets are sold through pre-sale exclusively.

Guest choosing to stay overnight at the Sheraton may choose to park their car at Interparking at the airport (or Sheraton) Charges apply.
VIP guests will receive a personal invitation to attend the event including the VIP reception.
  • Invitations will be sent out prior to the ticket sales on September 2nd.
  • Guests should keep in mind limited capacity.

Yes, the Air Force Gala Ball is open to the general public, even though active & retired mebers of the Belgian Air Force as well as their friends & family ARE the tareget audience of the annual Gala. 
It is a highly-anticipated annual event that welcomes attendees from the public, including civilians and military personnel alike.
Ticket sales start on 2nd of September 2025, at 19h00 CET.

ATTENTION !
  1. Tickets will be confirmed after PAYMENT has been confirmed (transfer - overschrijving - virement) AND each ticket has been personnalised.
  2. To ensure the exclusivity of this event, ALL guests are required to wear black-tie, gala attire (men: spencer, dress 1C or smart attire (2A), a full length ball gown for women !

The maximum amount of tickets one person is allowed to book per transaction is 10 (the maximum number of seated dining guests per table).
MAXIMUM ONE BOOKING PER E-MAIL ADDRESS
In order to allow as many members of the Air Force and their friends & family as possible to get a coveted spot at the event, we do NOT encourage multiple large bookings to be made by a single person. 

All tickets require personalisation, meaning that every single ticket must be registered to a physical person, by providing their full name.

Once ALL tickets of a booking have been personalised AND the payment has been made + confirmed (wire transfer / overschrijving / virement), the tickets will be issued to the main booker.
All tickets need to be registered to the person who will be attending the event. This is due to practical and security reasons.

As long as all tickets of your booking have not been personalised, your tickets will not be issued.

  • The ticket shop will open on 02 September 2025 at 19h00 and will continue untill all tickets have been sold out. 
  • Max. 1 booking per e-mail address.

  • We recommend to organise yourself in groups and make a single or multiple grouped booking(s). 
  • The maximum number of guests at one table is limited to 10.

  • Any booking for more than 1 guest is considered a group booking.
  • One booking maximum per e-mail address
  • Tickets will only be issued once ALL guests' names have been registered, for security purposes. See 'booking changes' for more info.
  • The person carrying out a group booking remains responsible for their party, its composition and overall adherence to general rules and practicalities, such as dress code, timing, ticket distribution, etc.
  • For maximum amount of tickets per booking, refer to F.A.Q. under "BOOKING"
