Tickets for the Air Force Gala Ball can exlusively be purchased via the link provided on this website. Simply visit our ticketing page and click on a button to direct you to the reservation page (INDICO), then select the number of tickets you desire, and confirm.

IMPORTANT
  1. Payment via WIRE TRANSFER (Overschrijving - Virement). Bookings are confirmed and tickets will be sent to the main booker ONLY when:
    1. Payment of the full amount due has been confirmed
    2. ALL tickets have been personnalized
  2. We recommend bookings to be made in group, so that all members of your party have a guaranteed ticket. Maximum 10 dinner guests per table.
  3. There will be no tickets available at the door - ALL tickets are sold through pre-sale exclusively.

Further details will be communicated no later than 1 week pior to the Gala Ball. 

Guest choosing to stay overnight at the Sheraton may choose to park their car at Interparking at the airport (or Sheraton) Charges apply.
VIP guests will receive a personal invitation to attend the event including the VIP reception.
  • Invitations will be sent out prior to the ticket sales on September 2nd.
  • Guests should keep in mind limited capacity.
Guests having already made a standard ticket booking and wishing to upgrade to a VIP ticket upon invitation, may contact BAFS-AFGB-Org@mil.be.
  • Any change or upgrade beyond 19Sep25 can not be guaranteed;
  • Upgrades pending VIP ticket availability.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
AFGB Guests are free to choose any hotel or lodging arrangement. However, the complimentary shuttle service is exclusively offered to guests staying at either of these hotels (sharing a single parking lot).

ALL guests are required to present their UNIQUE ticket with individual QR-code at the check-in desk upon arrival.
In order to avoid long queues, please prepare to present your ticket (printed or displayed on your smart device) to our check-in stewards.
Troubleshooting will require booking reference & name of the main booker of your party.
Le Bal de Gala de l'Air Force est un événement annuel organisé par l'asbl vzw AIRFORCE asbl. Il s'agit d'une grande soirée de gala et d'une collecte de fonds pour une œuvre caritative mettant en valeur la Force Aérienne belge et ses réalisations.
Yes, the Air Force Gala Ball is open to the general public, even though active & retired mebers of the Belgian Air Force as well as their friends & family ARE the tareget audience of the annual Gala. 
It is a highly-anticipated annual event that welcomes attendees from the public, including civilians and military personnel alike.
Ticket sales start on 2nd of September 2025, at 19h00 CET.

ATTENTION !
  1. Tickets will be confirmed after PAYMENT has been confirmed (transfer - overschrijving - virement) AND each ticket has been personnalised.
  2. To ensure the exclusivity of this event, ALL guests are required to wear black-tie, gala attire (men: spencer, dress 1C or smart attire (2A), a full length ball gown for women !

The maximum amount of tickets one person is allowed to book per transaction is 10 (the maximum number of seated dining guests per table).
MAXIMUM ONE BOOKING PER E-MAIL ADDRESS
In order to allow as many members of the Air Force and their friends & family as possible to get a coveted spot at the event, we do NOT encourage multiple large bookings to be made by a single person. 

All tickets require personalisation, meaning that every single ticket must be registered to a physical person, by providing their full name.

Once ALL tickets of a booking have been personalised AND the payment has been made + confirmed (wire transfer / overschrijving / virement), the tickets will be issued to the main booker.
All tickets need to be registered to the person who will be attending the event. This is due to practical and security reasons.

As long as all tickets of your booking have not been personalised, your tickets will not be issued.

  • The ticket shop will open on 02 September 2025 at 19h00 and will continue untill all tickets have been sold out. 
  • Max. 1 booking per e-mail address.
  • Keep in mind that previous editions of the AFGB were all sold out very rapidly!
  • We recommend to organise yourself in groups and make a single or multiple grouped booking(s). 
  • The maximum number of guests at one table is limited to 10. 
  • Subscribe to our newsletter and check our website regularly to stay informed on remaining guest capacity.
  • Any booking for more than 1 guest is considered a group booking.
  • One booking maximum per e-mail address
  • Tickets will only be issued once ALL guests' names have been registered, for security purposes. See 'booking changes' for more info.
  • The person carrying out a group booking remains responsible for their party, its composition and overall adherence to general rules and practicalities, such as dress code, timing, ticket distribution, etc.
  • For maximum amount of tickets per booking, refer to F.A.Q. under "BOOKING"
  • Toute personne effectuant une réservation peut exprimer ses préférences de siège au cours du processus de réservation, simplement en indiquant le nom d' une autre personne ayant effectué/effectuant une réservation de billet (par exemple "John Doe"), OU une référence claire et sans ambiguïté à un groupe (par exemple " 5Sqn", "COA A3", "MMU").
  • IMPORTANT : seul le nom du booker principal (personne réalisant une réservation de billet) est connu.
    • Les invités appartenant à un groupe connu souhaitant être assis ensemble sont fortement encouragés à coordonner une référence unique à leur groupe (voir ci-dessus) avant d'effectuer leur réservation.
  • Notre équipe associera les demandes de préférence de sièges aussi bien que possible - cependant - les demandes ne peuvent pas être garanties pour tous , en tenant compte du nombre limité de places assises ou de leurs combinaisons aux tables voisines.
  • Toute réservation est considérée comme définitive à compter de l'émission du billet (c'est-à-dire lorsque le paiement du montant dû a été confirmé ET que tous les noms des invités ont été enregistrés).
  • Toute modification de votre réservation est soumise aux politiques et conditions de TICKETMONSTER, notre fournisseur de billetterie.
  • Toute demande de modification ou d'annulation doit être effectuée via votre compte personnel chez TICKETMONSTER.
  • L'organisation de l'AFGB ne sera pas en mesure de rembourser ou d'annuler une réservation - vous devez contacter TICKETMONSTER.

This year, we will have a significantly higher seating capacity. 

We do not expect a shortage in ticket availability.
