During the Gala dinner, our teams of Royal Belgian Air Cadets will come to your table, offering our famous raffle tickets as well as cocktail vouchers for sale.
Tickets can be purchased using cash and debit/credit cards as well as contactless payment options.

By buying raffle tickets, you not only support the charitable organisations which we support (Fonavibel and the National League for mutliple sclerosis), but you'll have the best chance to take home or experience one of our exclusive prices!

Vouchers for a delicious Gin & Tonic or another exquisite Cocktail, carefully prepared by the team of C&K Serve, will be available for purchase during dinner and throughout the rest of the evening.
The Cocktail bar will open as from 22h30.
Parking space will be provided on site, free of charge.
Please follow instructions of our parking stewards at all times.
Shuttles will be arranged to limit walking distance and exposure to adverse weather conditions.

VIP-parking will be available upon presentation of a VIP Parking Card.
VIP guests will receive a personal invitation to attend the event including the VIP reception.
  • Invitations will be sent out NLT by the end of August.
  • Guests should keep in mind limited capacity.

Guests having already made a standard ticket booking and wishing to upgrade to a VIP ticket upon invitation, may contact ticketing@afgb.be.

AFGB Guests are free to choose any hotel or lodging arrangement. However, the complimentary shuttle service is exclusively offered to guests staying at either of these hotels (sharing a single parking lot).

The Air Force Gala Ball is an annual event organized by the non-profit organization vzw AIRFORCE asbl. It is a grand gala night and fundraiser for charity, showcasing the Belgian Air Force and its accomplishments.
Tickets for the Air Force Gala Ball can exlusively be purchased through our website. Simply visit our ticketing page and click on a button to direct you to the webshop, then select the type and number of tickets you desire, and proceed to checkout. Payment options include debit & credit cards.

Yes, the Air Force Gala Ball is open to the general public. It is a highly-anticipated annual event that welcomes attendees from the public, including civilians and military personnel alike.

The maximum amount of tickets one person is allowed to book per transaction is 10 (i.e. the maximum number of seated guests per dining table).

In order to allow as many people as possible to get a coveted spot at the event and to avoid empy seats on the night of the Gala, multiple large bookings are strongly discouraged.
All tickets require personalisation, meaning that every single ticket must be registered to a physical person, by providing their full name.

Once ALL tickets of a booking have been personalised, the tickets will be issued to the main booker.
All tickets need to be registered to the person who will be attending the event. This is due to practical and security reasons.

As long as all tickets of your booking have not been personalised, your tickets will not be issued.

  • Any booking for more than 1 guest is considered a group booking.
  • Tickets will only be issued once ALL guests' names have been registered, for security purposes. See 'booking changes' for more info.
  • The person carrying out a group booking remains responsible for their party, its composition and overall adherence to general rules and practicalities, such as dress code, timing, ticket distribution, etc.
  • For maximum amount of tickets per booking, refer to F.A.Q. under "BOOKING"
  • Any person making a booking may express their seating preferences during the booking process, simply by stating the name of another person having made/making a ticket booking (e.g. "John Doe"), OR a clear and unambiguous reference to a group (e.g. "5Sqn", "COA A3", "MMU").
  • IMPORTANT: only the name of the main booker (person carrying out a ticket booking) is known. 
    • Guests belonging to a known group desiring to be seated together are strongly encouraged to coordinate a unique reference to their group (see above) before carrying out their booking.
  • Our team will pair up seating preference requests as good as they can - however - requests can not be guaranteed for all, taking into account limited seating space or cominations thereof at neighboring tables.
  • Any booking is to be considered final as from ticket issuance (i.e. when payment of amount due has been confirmed AND all guests' names have been registered).
  • Any change to your booking is subject to the policies & conditions of TICKETMONSTER, our ticketing provider.
  • Any change or cancellation request has to be completed through your personal account with TICKETMONSTER.
  • The organisation of AFGB will not be able to refund or cancel any booking - you have to contact TICKETMONSTER.
